DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Shampoo:
Apply 3 times a week Massage into the scalp
Leave on for 3 minutes and rinse.

Conditioner:
Apply 3 times a week after shampooing to rinsed and towel-dried hair.

Gently massage from scalp to ends. Leave on for 5 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.

Serum:
With clean, dry hands, apply 1 to 2 hazelnut-sized amounts twice a day to the scalp and massage in using circular motions. Do not rinse.

Food supplement:
Take 1 capsule per day, to be swallowed with a large glass of water during a meal.
If you do not wish to take capsules, there are several solutions:
