Maidenhair fern

Adiantum capillus-veneris L.
Also known as Venus hair fern, this small perennial fern grows in humid areas of southern temperate regions. Recognizable by its ebony-colored stem and fan-shaped leaves, it is traditionally used to help reduce hair loss.

Blackcurrant

Blackcurrant is characterized by its lobed leaves with a larger central lobe and a pale underside marked by pronounced veins. Its fruit is an aromatic black berry known for helping prevent the appearance of signs of aging.

Vitamin B6

An essential water-soluble vitamin that contributes to the normal synthesis of cysteine and helps regulate hormonal activity.

Zinc
